Ok, so I was just kinda sifting through a bunch of Fail/Win Videos and pictures, and so I came up with the idea for this new thread. Any Epic Fails/Wins you happen across, share it here. Videos or Pictures, doesn't matter. I'm gonna go ahead and start it off with the most PAINFUL looking Fail I have come across so far.
