Guild Wars 2

Well, if you were like me and only played about an hour of the first one, got tired of it, discouraged by the extremely low level cap, or just didn't like the game - you were probably as skeptical about Guild Wars 2 as I was as first. I thought "Eh, who cares, really?"...


Well, this time, I was wrong. It looks like a truly wonderful game, and I figured I'd share the info with the lot of you. I also believe once again that it'll be F2P (Free-To-Play) monthly instead of P2P. So maybe if you're looking for a game to play on the side, give it a look-see!

no battle in that video from what I saw, but I really liked the Map function. It's very smooth and looks cool when you open it.

I know most of us weren't very big fans of Guild Wars 1, but 2 looks amazing so give it a look!

Another video I found which is VERY awesome to watch - not very long, but it's awesome all the same. And remember this is a FREE to play game. You'd have to buy the game initially, but after that there's no monthly payments.

Another video of a bunch of Charr fighting a huge dragon. From what I saw there's a dodge function, and if I'm right it looks like everyone gets their own drops from the treasure..but that's just an assumption. Check it out :)

actually i rather enjoyed the first one with mt lvl 20 ranger/necromancer. the lvl 20 level cap was quite annoying tho.

Yeah, that's why I never got into it. Too low of a level cap...DC Universe will only be 30 at start but they said they start that low because they want people to get to 30 and then try other things with the game they hadn't tried before. Did you watch that gameplay? :O

Not that I've seen. >< I'd be all over it if there was.

this game looks so badass... i loved the first one to but yeah they coulda raised the cap a bit but was still fun for how it was

Aye, I never really played it just because there were so many and I had heard that they were all separate for whatever reason so I never knew which one to buy even if I did want it lol I'd like to give it a try just so I can feel like a semi-GW Vet when GW2 comes out.

yeah i had the basic one then they came out with all those expansions or extras or w/.e idk what that stuff was
